Nicole Rauer, RDH

Nicole Rauer completed her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene at Virginia Commonwealth University in 2016. After graduating, Nicole joined our iSmile Dental Care team. She is very dedicated to the dental health care profession and making sure all of her patients feel comfortable and ensures a positive dental experience.

In addition to being a full-time dental hygienist, Nicole serves as Compliance Officer for Mergant Health and all its affiliated dental and medical offices. Her role helps ensure that our organization adheres to following state and federal OSHA and HIPAA regulations. Nicole is also Basic Life Support Instructor certified and leads our team members in proper bi-annual Basic Life Support training to ensure the safety of our staff and patients during emergency situations. In her free time, she enjoys working out, jigsaw puzzles, exploring new restaurants in the area, and spending time with family and friends.
